To support us we have an exciting opportunity in our Group Talent Acquisition team for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner, a senior strategic recruiter with deep expertise in sourcing and talent mapping, and a passion for attracting top talent. Te whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity As a dynamic and strategic Group Talent Acquisition team, we partner across Beca to deliver diverse talent objectives and initiatives. We combine our collective expertise and continuously explore new approaches to strengthen our presence and competitive edge in the talent market. Far from being repetitive, this delivery focused role will see you leading end to end recruitment for our priority growth markets and provide high touch support on key senior roles. Overall, you can expect to be involved with: Leading and delivering end to end recruitment for priority growth markets with a focus on candidate experience and quality hires. Partnering with our leaders and the broader People & Culture team to identify resourcing requirements that align with our business strategy and future needs. Seeking market insights and competitor insights to inform workforce and capability decisions, translating business strategy into actionable talent attraction plans that support organisational agility and long term sustainable growth. Leading talent mapping and pipelining to proactively build diverse, future ready talent pipelines for priority growth markets working collaboratively across our Group Talent Acquisition Function. Supporting continuous improvement and efficiencies to ensure consistency across our recruitment enhancements, leveraging AI and automation to optimise workflows and candidate experiences. Using data and analytics to forecast talent needs, measure the impact of recruitment initiatives, and present clear insights to influence workforce decisions. Building trusted relationships with hiring leaders, you’ll confidently present recruitment strategies and evidence based recommendations to senior stakeholders. Collaborating with our marketing team to craft compelling campaigns that attract top tier talent and accurately reflect our Employee Value Proposition (EVP). Ko wai koe | About you You will be passionate about all things recruitment, having worked across the spectrum of talent acquisition, resourcing, and search. You’ll have senior experience to provide strategic guidance on role scope, talent availability, and market positioning. You excel in building collaborative relationships internally and externally, with the ability to engage, test thinking and coach at a senior leadership level. As an experienced recruitment professional, you’ll be familiar with operating in complex businesses, bringing an eye for innovation and efficiencies, within structured process parameters. Transitioning to Beca will be easier if you come from another internal recruitment role, ideally within engineering/technical markets. We’ll be keen to hear about your tenacity and experience in filling unique positions in tight talent markets, we’ve invested in LinkedIn Enterprise and Workday so you can optimise the benefits of the latest tools and technology.
