Description
  • Responsible for end to end recruitment and attraction of top talent by deploying multi –faceted sourcing strategies
  • Build a robust talent pipeline that will ensure hires occur within the agreed upon timelines
  • Actively brings to life programs and practices to reduce unconscious bias with a relentless search for a diverse workforce
  • Coordinates relationships with relevant consultants/vendors including sourcing and selection
  • Conducts pre-screens, interviews, coordinates assessments, background and reference checks, and all tasks as they pertain the recruitment process
  • To support Cogeco’s ultimate goal of providing excellent service to current and potential customers, the incumbent must be constantly attentive and responsive to both external and internal customers’ needs and assist in the resolution of any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner while ensuring that the solution meets the customer’s needs
