Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our People & Culture team as we continue to grow. As Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic talent advisor, overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes and serving as the primary liaison for designated regions and functions.

Demonstrating a proactive approach, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to think strategically about talent acquisition will be essential in this role.

  • Relationship Management & Hiring Manager Consultation:
  • Cultivate and maintain collaborative relationships with hiring managers to grasp their business objectives, anticipate staffing needs, and offer solutions and resources.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on effective talent assessment and hiring strategies, with a focus on diversifying the workforce.
  • Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development:
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Source, screen, and assess potential candidates, building a robust talent pipeline for current and future positions.
  • Conduct proactive research to identify talent pools in emerging markets.
  • Market Analysis, Strategy & Data Management:
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market changes, and compensation benchmarks to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of optimization, and apply insights to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
  • Ensure data integrity across all recruiting platforms, including Greenhouse (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance Convene’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the candidate experience.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, serving as the primary point of contact for candidates and keeping them informed at every stage.
  • Product & Service Knowledge, Offer & Onboarding, and Interview Coordination:

    • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all Convene products and services.
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate compensation packages within established guidelines, and ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process for all parties involved.
