We need a talented, driven TA Business Partner to help us build the workforce of the future. Based in Wiri, Auckland, you’ll sit at the heart of our blue-collar talent team, partnering with leaders across critical infrastructure portfolios. You’ll have autonomy to own your roles, the backing of a tight team, and encouragement to challenge the status quo.  Key responsibilities:  * Owning end-to-end recruitment, backed by a dedicated coordinator * Building future-focused talent pipelines across trades and technical roles * Strategic sourcing, thinking beyond the usual channels * Delivering an outstanding candidate experience  * Driving pace, quality, and compliance - without compromise Nga pūkenga matua | Important Skills We’re looking for someone who loves a challenge, who sees potential, and thrives in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.  You’ll step into a market where demand outweighs supply, and that excites you.
