Responsibilities

We’re on the hunt for a savvy Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join the Growthbuilt team and drive our talent attraction strategy to help us be the place to work in construction!
This is a true business partnering role, where you will work closely with our leadership team and project teams on all their resourcing needs. This means becoming their go-to on all things talent attraction, resource planning and retention, while ensuring the best candidate experience possible.
Whilst you’ll be part of our growing team of 4, you will be autonomous in the recruitment process, so you’ll be hands-on and happy to handle your own admin. In return, you’ll have the opportunity to a work closely with our broader People & Culture team to drive improvement, streamline processes and much, much more!

Reporting to our Head of People & Culture, your day-to-day might look like:

  • Manage the talent process via our ATS LiveHire (Humanforce Talent) and help us get the most out of its capabilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Construction, Project Services, and Corporate Services roles across our Sydney projects and Head Office
  • Pipeline talent for future projects in line with our workforce plans, ‘hard to find’ roles and diversity goals
  • Using data to inform talent strategy, developing meaningful reports and providing insights back to business on internal and external trends
  • Continuously testing, innovating and improving our strategies and processes
  • Build relationships with candidates and agency partners to deliver an incredible candidate experience and build on our reputation in the market
  • Manage our bulk recruitment process for our annual Cadet Program intake
  • As part of the People & Culture team, contribute to our goal of improving our employee experience across the lifecycle including projects related to – candidate experience, onboarding and induction, EVP, employer brand, remuneration and performance
