Job Description As our Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you’ll join our onsite talent team to support our partnership with our mining customer, the world’s largest gold miner. In this role, you’ll: Manage end-to-end recruitment across a wide range of blue collar portfolios Partner closely with hiring managers to deliver strategic sourcing and tailored attraction strategies Create an engaging and streamlined experience for candidates and hiring team Leverage market insights and talent data to guide decision-making Drive continuous improvement projects around D&I, process optimisation, and recruitment technology Remote working is on offer for the right candidate. Candidates located in Brisbane and Perth may work up to two days onsite at our customer's offices. Qualifications We’re looking for someone who combines operational excellence in volume recruitment with a passion for building relationships. You’ll have: 3+ years end-to-end recruitment experience, working in a fast-paced environment, within the Mining sector (either owner-operator, or contractor services), or similar heavy industry such as Oil and Gas.
