About the Role We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team, based in East Melbourne with the flexibility to work from home up to three days per week. This is a role with real variety and impact—you’ll partner closely with leaders across the business, owning end-to-end recruitment and helping shape how we attract and hire great people. You’ll look after a diverse and high-impact portfolio, including: Clinical recruitment across our New Zealand network, building strong pipelines for critical roles Head office and shared services recruitment, supporting corporate and operational functions Developing and maintaining national locum talent pools, particularly for Sonographers and Radiographers, to support short-term and hard-to-fill workforce needs What You’ll Be Doing Managing end-to-end recruitment across medical imaging, clinical, corporate, and administration roles Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver practical, tailored solutions Leading clinical recruitment activity for New Zealand, ensuring consistent pipelines for key roles Building, developing, and maintaining national locum talent pools to support workforce flexibility Sourcing talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Talent Search, job boards, and proactive talent pooling Writing job ads that cut through and reflect our EVP Coordinating interviews, reference checks, and offers Supporting onboarding in collaboration with the People & Culture team Managing multiple roles while keeping quality, pace, and candidate experience front of mind You’re someone who: Has experience in end-to-end recruitment (healthcare or radiology is a strong advantage) Is confident managing a varied portfolio across clinical and corporate roles Ideally has exposure to clinical recruitment and/or locum workforce models Builds strong relationships and can influence stakeholders at all levels Communicates clearly, professionally, and with a bit of personality Is organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities Genuinely enjoys delivering great hiring outcomes and candidate experiences In person interviews tentatively booked to occur on Thursday the 2nd of April, so if this sounds like the role for you, get in touch soon!
