In this key role, you will be responsible for activities related to attracting, sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top talent to meet the recruitment needs of the organization.

• Act as an advisor to business leaders on workforce planning, hiring strategies, and talent market trends
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business units, from intake meetings to onboarding planification
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and leveraging recruitment tools and platforms
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and inclusive candidate experience
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement
• Support employer branding initiatives, including job fairs, campus recruiting, and social media campaigns
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies during the hiring process
