Job Description To support our exciting partnership with our Perth based customer, we are looking for a high performing Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team on a Part-time basis, 3 days per week. You will help our customer attract and hire top talent in Australia and beyond, while also enjoying the support of the Harrier team. In this dynamic role, you’ll: Partner with senior leaders to deliver end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of roles – from Trades and Technical to Operations and Corporate professionals. Bring creativity and insight to every search, designing attraction strategies that engage the right people at the right time. Collaborate with an on-site Sourcing Specialist to deliver proactive campaigns and build strong talent pipelines. Leverage leading-edge tech tools to streamline recruitment and create an exceptional candidate experience. Work closely with our Harrier Community of Experts (CoE) to drive optimal recruitment practices, enhance our customer EVP and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion.
