Process Ownership: Drive and own the TA process, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance across multiple states. Recruitment Execution: Deliver against immediate hiring needs while shaping a scalable, future-focused TA framework. Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate journey through clear communication, responsiveness, and professionalism. Stakeholder Management: Build trusted partnerships with business leaders, aligning on hiring priorities and talent strategies. Strategic Enablement: Apply strategic and transformational thinking, integrating AI, automation, and data-driven talent insights into recruiting practices. Process & Continuous Improvement: Support leading, with the Sr. TA Business Partner, TA Obeya Rooms with business leaders to drive accountability, track progress, and ensure transparency. Facilitate continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks, sharing insights, and implementing process enhancements in real time. Strategic Workforce Planning & Org Design: Partner with business leaders to connect TA strategy with workforce planning and organizational design initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2-5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, including 1-2 years managing or coordinating recruiting programs or processes. Proven experience in process or program management within TA or HR. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Deep understanding of recruiting metrics, analytics (LinkedIn Talent Insights)and Applicant Tracking Systems (ORC, Eightfold) Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior levels. Direct recruiting experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred. Track record of scaling hiring programs to support rapid business growth. Background in organizations with a continuous improvement culture and exposure to structured business systems (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. Exposure to or hands-on use of AI applications in recruiting, with the ability to apply talent insights and data-driven decision-making. Travel may be required as needed Onsite presence (5 days/week) strongly preferred; up to 2 remote days may be allowed. Must be able to regularly commute to local office in Chandler, AZ or Hollister, CA.
