The Role: Talent Acquisition Business Partner What will you do? Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders regarding hiring needs, workforce planning, and talent market insights. Translate business strategy into recruitment plans, timelines, and priorities. Influence hiring decisions through data‑driven recommendations and talent intelligence. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding coordination. Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing (LinkedIn, referrals, events, partnerships, etc.). Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the process. Provide regular reporting on hiring metrics, forecasts, and market competitiveness. Analyze talent trends (skills availability, salary benchmarks, turnover risks) to guide hiring strategies. Conduct intake meetings to clarify role expectations, target profiles, and sourcing strategy. Coach hiring managers on interview techniques, assessment methods, and selection best practices. Drive alignment between HR, business stakeholders, and broader TA teams. Maintain ATS data accuracy and ensure compliance with recruitment policies and labor regulations. Optimize recruitment processes to improve speed, quality, and candidate satisfaction. Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the TA function. What qualifications will make you successful? 5–10 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition. At least 2 years in a consultative or business partner role supporting stakeholders. Proven success hiring for mid–senior level roles (corporate, commercial, or technical). Experience working in a multinational or fast-paced matrix organization is an advantage. Background in headhunter is a plus. Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High adaptability and resilience in a fast-changing environment. Strategic mindset with strong business acumen. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. What’s in it for me?
