Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of talent strategies based on market data, competitive analysis, and benchmarking insights;
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, HR teams, and Rewards specialists to define success profiles, design sourcing strategies, and attract diverse candidates with the skills and capabilities needed to meet both short- and long-term business goals while fostering team.blue’s culture;
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings and sourcing to offer recommendations, negotiation, and closing;
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline by proactively sourcing high-quality candidates, establishing long-term relationships with talent, and exploring creative and alternative sourcing methods;
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and open roles to HR and business stakeholders;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes and tools, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational needs.
