12 Month Contract

Bring your Technology recruitment expertise, curiosity and people focus to Greenstone and help shape the teams behind our growing business.

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner who enjoys finding great talent, building trusted relationships and helping teams succeed.

You’ll partner with hiring managers across Technology to attract and recruit the people who help our business thrive. You’ll connect talent with opportunity and ensure each hire supports the needs and direction of the business.

Taking ownership of the recruitment journey, you’ll guide managers through sourcing, selection and offers, and coordinate a smooth onboarding experience. You’ll bring fresh sourcing ideas, build trusted relationships and create a positive experience for candidates at every stage.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment across a corporate portfolio
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective sourcing and selection approaches
  • Attracting, screening and assessing candidates, with clear recommendations to support hiring decisions
  • Coordinating pre-employment checks, negotiating offers and preparing employment documentation
  • Coaching hiring managers on recruitment best practice and sharing relevant market insights
  • Supporting onboarding so new starters feel informed and ready to join us

What are we looking for?

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
  • 3+ years of experience recruiting within a Technology portfolio
  • Knowledge of technology talent market trends, including in-demand skills and talent shortages
  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, high-performing and volume environment
  • Experience using a variety of sourcing methods to identify and engage talent
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence and drive strategy to supported business priorities
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience preparing and administering employment offers and related documentation
