Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will be instrumental in driving our recruitment strategy. You will focus on high-quality selection processes, providing exceptional onboarding experiences, and fostering retention through effective support and engagement. Job Description Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Implement best practices for high-quality selection, ensuring that we attract and hire top-tier candidates. Support onboarding initiatives that integrate new hires seamlessly into our company culture. Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to improve our processes and outcomes. Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to enhance our retention efforts. Qualifications Experience in a talent partnering role, ideally within construction, engineering, utilities or similar hands-on industries We would consider someone from a recruitment agency background wanting to make the change to internal, ideally blue collar construction. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
