VOIS #BeUnrivalled #CreateTheFuture About this Role We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to support and enhance the recruitment process for the German market. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience, and contributing to the continuous improvement of hiring outcomes. The successful candidate will also play a key role in reporting recruitment metrics and supporting the implementation of new tools and systems. What you will do Manage recruitment processes for assigned vacancies, ensuring a smooth and high-quality experience for candidates and hiring teams. Monitor and report on recruitment key performance indicators, including quality of hire and candidate satisfaction. Support the optimal filling of roles with internal or external candidates, aligned with business needs. Collaborate with hiring managers to advise on sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives. Lead offer management processes, ensuring alignment with organisational policies and market benchmarks. Resolve candidate and hiring manager escalations with a focus on maintaining a positive Net Promoter Score (NPS). Contribute to the implementation of new recruitment tools by providing insights and feedback from a recruiter's perspective. What skills you need Experience in Talent Acquisition. Proficiency in German (C1 level preferred) and English. Strong consulting and time-management capabilities. Analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and optimise recruitment workflows. Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration. Basic understanding of labour law and its application in recruitment.
