We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic and fast-paced Talent Acquisition team. In this pivotal role, you’ll help ensure a seamless, professional, and engaging recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring that each stage is efficient, compliant, and aligned with our employer brand. You’ll provide a high-quality, proactive administrative service throughout the recruitment process and offer daily support to the wider Talent Acquisition team. Key responsibilities include managing job advertisements, scheduling interviews, maintaining recruitment systems, and communicating with candidates.
You’ll work closely with hiring managers to enhance candidate engagement, uphold safer recruitment standards, and support internal and external communications that showcase Activate Learning as an employer of choice.
This is a permanent, full-time role based at our Oxford College, with the flexibility of hybrid working.
