Talent Acquisition & Community Outreach Coordinator (Part-Time, Hybrid) 📍 Hybrid | Full-Time | Non-Exempt 🏢 Amigo Care ABA **Must be located in Baltimore, MD Area** About the Role Amigo Care ABA is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Talent Acquisition & Community Outreach Coordinator to support our growing team. This role combines recruiting and community outreach to build strong pipelines of both candidates and referral partners. You’ll play a key role in helping us grow our team while expanding our presence in the community. What You’ll Do Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers) Source candidates through job boards, referrals, outreach, and networking Conduct initial screenings and present candidates to hiring managers Ensure a positive and responsive candidate experience Maintain accurate candidate tracking and recruiting documentation Community Outreach & Partnerships Build relationships with schools, clinics, and community organizations Represent Amigo Care ABA at job fairs, campus events, and networking opportunities Develop referral partnerships that support both hiring and client growth Coordinate outreach events and informational sessions Pipeline & Operations Build and maintain pipelines of candidates and referral sources Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline activity, source effectiveness) Monitor outreach activity and referral sources Support hiring logistics and scheduling Help develop and improve recruiting and outreach processes What Success Looks Like Strong, consistent candidate pipelines supporting hiring needs Reduced time-to-fill through proactive sourcing and outreach Positive candidate experience from application through onboarding Growth in community partnerships and referral sources Increased client inquiries tied to outreach efforts What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, outreach, HR, or coordination roles Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable using Google Workspace, ATS systems, and sourcing tools Willingness to attend events and engage with the community Preferred: Experience in ABA, healthcare, or service-based organizations Experience with campus recruiting or community partnerships Work Environment Hybrid (remote + in-person events/meetings) Primarily computer-based work Occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs) Why Join Amigo Care ABA?
