Mosaic is looking for a Contracted Services Compliance Specialist to join our Talent Management team. At Mosaic, we believe in "Real life. You will ensure our contractors meet the highest standards, helping us create a caring community where everyone has a voice. WHAT YOU’LL DO As our Compliance Specialist, you will manage the heartbeat of our contractor onboarding process. Your day-to-day will include: * Ensuring Quality: Facilitating background checks, drug screens, and motor vehicle record (MVR) checks to keep our services safe and compliant. * Database Management: Maintaining vendor databases for recruitment and regulatory compliance (including HHS/OIG). * Supporting Growth: Assisting with contractor orientation, recruitment, and even planning leadership development events—from catering to travel arrangements. * Digital Stewardship: Keeping our Talent Management intranet content fresh and engaging.
