Laser Clinics Group are on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Consultant on a (6 month contract), who shares our passion for helping more people feel their version of GOOD.
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will play an integral role in delivering an ambitious network growth project. You will be based in our North Sydney office and take responsibility for high volume recruitment into our clinics across New Zealand. You will also build and maintain a pipeline of talent to support future growth plans.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all hiring requests and align sourcing strategies in franchise and corporate clinics for our NZ market.
  • Post advertisements to Job Boards
  • Conduct interviews with candidates
  • Coordinate offer process, set up documentation and contract requests
  • Develop pipeline of talent on recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Premium Talent Search (PTS), Indeed or other job boards
  • Work with the field team to source staff for new clinics
  • Screen applicant resumes and phone screen applicants
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring manager and shortlisted candidates and assist with interviews where needed
  • Conduct reference checks and coordinate offer process in consultation with the hiring manager
  • Coordinate employment contracts with HR team
