To support this growth, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant with expertise in healthcare recruitment and advanced sourcing strategies to join our team.

SKILLS NEEDED FOR SUCCESS:

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the healthcare industry, with a strong emphasis on talent sourcing strategies.
  • Advanced sourcing expertise using Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and talent pipelines to identify and attract hard-to-find candidates.
  • A strategic approach to employer branding, utilizing social media and marketing tactics to increase CTG’s visibility and connect with top healthcare professionals.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, fostering meaningful engagement with candidates and internal teams.
  • A growth mindset, continuously seeking new ways to enhance recruitment practices and drive hiring success in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, offering, and onboarding.
  • Implement strategic sourcing techniques to attract top healthcare talent through various channels, including social media, networking, job boards, and direct outreach.
  • Partner with hiring managers, providing recruitment expertise and insights to meet business needs effectively.
  • Enhance employer branding, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience that reinforces CTG’s commitment to excellence.
  • Leverage data-driven approaches to optimize recruitment strategies, track metrics, and refine sourcing effectiveness.
  • Operate with agility in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing hiring demands with proactive solutions.
