Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a dynamic temporary workforce and delivering exceptional recruitment services to our clients. You will build strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure a smooth and effective placement processes while maintaining high levels of satisfaction and operational efficiency. This is a high-impact position where you’ll be managing volume temporary staffing needs while building strong relationships with stakeholders across both the business and our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their temporary staffing needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional follow up.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and work to expand the client portfolio with our business development team.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for future opportunities, utilising our current pool of employees.
