Job Description About the Role: As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you’ll play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent across a diverse portfolio of roles. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, HR, and operational leaders to deliver a seamless recruitment experience that reflects Sodexo’s values and commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for a range of operational and support roles. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand workforce needs. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent. Champion employer branding and candidate experience. Use data and insights to continuously improve recruitment outcomes. Qualifications What You’ll Bring: Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics. Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.
