Description

About Us:

At Forsight, we are committed to building positive futures through innovation, diversity, inclusion and continuous learning. Since our inception in 1978, we've championed independence and inclusion for individuals with sensory impairments and disabilities. With a strong presence across Greater Sydney and the Illawarra, we remain steadfast in our mission to provide high-quality care to enhance our clients' quality of life.

About the role:

Forsight is actively building a small network of experienced Talent Acquisition Consultants to support our in-house recruitment function.

The work assignments will vary in scope and duration but are principally to support periods of increased hiring demand as well as strategic sourcing initiatives for hard to fill roles and locations. The roles will largely be frontline disability support and from time to time, management and corporate vacancies as well.

These casual roles would suit experienced recruitment professionals who are available to commence at short notice. Work can be remote or hybrid. Come on as a casual or contract to us via your ABN. Whatever works best – it’s about results!

As a member of our casual TA network, we'll be looking for you to:

  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment primarily for frontline worker roles – Disability Support Workers and Team Leaders
  • Source, screen and engage high-quality talent
  • Conduct candidate screening, assessment, and interview management
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Provide positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Work collaboratively with our onsite teams

About you:

We're interested in connecting with recruitment professionals who bring:

  • Proven success in fast-paced frontline recruitment
  • Sourcing, talent mapping, and candidate engagement skills
  • End-to-end recruitment experience across professional, corporate, technical, or specialist roles
  • Great stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Previous experience with Employment Hero desirable
  • An NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)

Why Forsight:

Based at our modern offices at Silverwater, we offer a professional and friendly team environment working with a committed, experienced and focused leadership team, competitive remuneration, PBI salary packaging (via AccessPay) if applicable, onsite parking, easy access to public transport, and flexible ways of working, and plenty of opportunities for ongoing learning and development. Our goal is for all Forsight staff to have a rewarding and fulfilling time with us, with our clients at the heart of all we do.

Embrace Flexibility

We prioritise work-life balance in our Support Office through our flexible working arrangements. Tailor your work week to suit. Balance the convenience of remote working and flexible hours with the buzz of the office! This is a genuinely flexible opportunity which can be either remote or hybrid.
