You will join our strong and dedicated HR team based in Ho Chi Minh City, where you will have the opportunity to extend your skill and enjoy great benefit of European Company Top 3 Reasons to Join Us International professional working environment Clear career path with strong academy system Great benefits focus on human development and work life balance Job Description Recruitment: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key positions based on the workforce plan Coordinate and participate in both internal and external recruitment events Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, test and interview coordination, and onboarding for assigned roles (internal and external candidates) Utilize modern sourcing tools and channels to proactively identify and attract potential candidates Partner with Hiring Managers, Division Managers, and interview teams to develop strategies that address talent gaps Understand business needs, organizational plans, and candidate requirements through close collaboration with stakeholders Conduct phone and in-person interviews and recommend qualified candidates to Hiring Managers Present and negotiate job offers by effectively communicating the company’s values, strengths, and career opportunities Build and maintain relationships with professional networks and industry communities to generate referrals and market insights Establish strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, including management, employees, and HR colleagues Proactively engage and build relationships with passive candidates Demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, goal orientation, and passion for recruitment Employer Branding: Identify trends and interests among students and develop creative employer branding and marketing campaigns based on suitable opportunities Participate in all employer branding events for students Support internal communication and engagement initiatives to encourage employee participation in employer branding activities Perform other tasks as assigned Qualifications Bachelor degree with at least 2-3 years in experience in same position in IT Field Fluently in English and strong verbal and communication, presentation skills Able to attract candidates by company’s values and to convince candidates to apply for our company's open positions successfully Keen on calling to candidates Good at skills to make the right questions to spy out candidates’ hidden motivators Able to contribute ideas to enhance company’s values to candidates Able to establish network with the best candidates in IT industry Good team player spirit with positive attitude Additional Information Recruitment process: - Phone Screening (English Proficiency Test): Once your application is reviewed and meets the qualifications, the Recruitment Team will reach out to you via phone for a discussion.
