We currently have two parental leave positions available for Talent Acquisition Consultants to manage high volume recruitment across Australia in both frontline and support office roles. The positions will be based in Blackburn, Victoria with hybrid working available.

The key focus of the position will be to:

  • Support hiring managers in recruitment activity from posting jobs, phone screening, coordinating interviews and facilitating pre-employment checks
  • Establish an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience to ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding process
  • Provide insights and reports to senior leaders, ensuring talent strategies align with the organisation’s objectives

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous internal or agency recruitment experience, including bulk recruitment campaigns
  • Working knowledge or previous experience in Government Employment Services programs will be highly regarded
  • Strong digital literacy skills and ability to navigate HR systems, Workday experience is an advantage
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills, for juggling multiple roles
  • Ability to self-motivate and work autonomously, but also enjoy being part of a team
