The Opportunity We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant who enjoys solving challenges, building trusted relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring every candidate has a positive and memorable journey. In this role, you will work closely with our technical teams to find and hire the skilled talent that drives Altera's success. What You'll Do Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, assessment coordination, interviews, and offer closure. Partner with hiring leaders to understand their team needs, define role requirements, and set clear timelines. Develop a strong pipeline of candidates for technology roles using a variety of creative sourcing strategies. Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a respectful and engaging experience throughout the process. Use hiring data and market insights to inform your strategy and continuously improve our recruitment processes. Ensure all hiring activities align with our internal policies and commitment to fair hiring practices. Collaborate with HR and business teams to create a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. What You'll Bring 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a experience in the technology sector. A proven ability to advise and influence hiring managers, communicating with clarity and confidence. Demonstrated success in sourcing, assessing, and hiring high-quality talent. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A strong commitment to fair, inclusive, and unbiased hiring practices. Curiosity and an openness to learning new tools, technologies, and market trends. Bonus: Familiarity with AI-enabled recruiting tools (e.g., sourcing platforms, assessment tools).
