Responsibilities Consult with clients to understand their talent needs and organizational goals. Develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with client objectives. Search for and engage high-quality candidates through various sourcing methods. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit. Foster relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process. Provide regular updates and reports to clients regarding the recruitment progress. Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to provide strategic insights. Enhance the employer branding of clients through various marketing efforts. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment consulting, or a related field. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse candidates and clients. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess candidates effectively. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and deliver results under tight deadlines. Plus Bonus & Commission
