The ability to be creative with proactive sourcing methods Skilled in ATS systems (SmartRecruiters) Resilience and self-motivating skills - Resilience, adaptability, and self-motivation in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. In this role, you will manage vacancies across the country and deliver a great experience for candidates and hiring managers. You will focus on sourcing top talent across support worker and clinical roles, using SmartRecruiters to support your workflow. You will be encouraged to take ownership of your portfolio, partner with operations leaders, drive outcomes, and continuously improve how we recruit. We are looking for someone who’s proactive, organised, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong admin skills and attention to compliance are essential to manage candidates effectively. Key responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, compliance, and offer management. Partner with managers to understand workforce needs and deliver proactive recruitment solutions. Provide candidate and market insights to stakeholders. Maintain a strong candidate experience and model best practices. Maintain strong candidate engagement and deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Champion continuous improvement in recruitment tools and sourcing strategies. Support team objectives within a collaborative , fast paced recruitment environment.
