You will be responsible for hiring the very best tech talent and will be instrumental in the organization's growth. Key responsibilities for the role will be:- Contribute to the recruitment target within the agreed time frame and quality standards Build and maintain proactive, high-quality candidate pipelines Identifying innovative ways to reach candidates, ie improve search strategies and tools for effective candidate sourcing Participates in recruitment and employer branding activities Build and maintain managed talent pools of high-quality candidates to support current and future workforce plans across technolgy business units. Ensures sufficient planning and organization of own work, whilst reporting precisely on any issues and processes Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to be a trusted advisor within the business Able to meet deadlines and complete administration duties to a high standard Qualifications Strong track record of delivering high-volume, complex hiring while owning and optimising the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. In-house recruitment experience with a strong focus on technical hiring for Software Developers/Architect, Infrastructure, Devops, Cyber Security, Service Management.
