We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Contractor to join on a 3-month contract and support hiring across Zoopla. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role, ideal for someone who’s worked in scaling startups and tech environments, is comfortable with ambiguity and enjoys getting things moving quickly. What you’ll be doing Owning the full recruitment lifecycle across a range of roles (tech and non-tech) Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand needs and move fast Proactively sourcing and engaging candidates Managing multiple roles at once and shifting priorities as the business evolves Keeping candidates engaged and ensuring a great experience throughout Supporting with offers, onboarding and general hiring process improvements where needed What we’re looking for Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition / Internal Recruiter in fast-growing startups or scale-ups Background recruiting within tech companies (engineering, product, data, commercial, or similar) Comfortable working in a paced, changing environment with limited hand-holding Strong stakeholder management skills, confident, pragmatic, and collaborative Someone who’s happy to roll their sleeves up and just get on with it The details Contract: 3 months IR35: Outside IR35 Start: ASAP Location: Hybrid If you’re a TA contractor who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working closely with the business we’d love to hear from you.
