Description
Support TA team with the preparation of Employment Contracts with nuances to working conditions in both APAC and EMEA which span 30countries+. Maintain candidate records, update, prepare reports, and coordinate onboarding activities. Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Work closely with TA Partners to support hiring needs, optimize processes, and improve recruitment efficiency. Identify and implement opportunities to improve and enhance recruitment processes, aiming for continuous improvement. 2+ years of experience as a TA Coordinator or in TA/HR operations. Ability to balance multiple tasks and ensure smooth coordination of interviews and administrative processes. Accuracy in scheduling, record-keeping, and handling documentation to provide support to the team. Taking initiative, supporting TA Partners, and growing within the recruitment function. Ability to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and team members, ensuring a positive and team-oriented environment. Comfortable using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (e.g. Eightfold, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse or others), and Microsoft Office. A positive approach, adaptability, and an enthusiasm to support the team as needed. A strong interest in talent acquisition and an eagerness to learn are key to successfully driving our recruitment strategies.
