Their role is to provide seamless administrative support to the recruitment team and our candidate, craft job descriptions, attracting the maximum number of high caliber applicants and provide candidates and hiring managers with the right level of transparency along the process to ensure that Makro Digital is a best in class candidate experience company. Coordinate interviews, contact applicants, coordinate hiring events, and provide support and preparation that will enable a top notch experience to join Makro Digital Ensure that the recruiting process goes smoothly, includes identify opportunity for improvements for better efficiency and candidate’s experience Partner with Makro HR to find automation potential to improve efficiency of the process and further perform reference and background checks Craft and update job descriptions as per the latest squad requirements, and evolving job expectations Support and improve how Makro Digital attracts high caliber candidates by organizing and delivering practice-focused virtual and face to face events E.g. Hackathons, meetups, etc. Assist the onboarding process of new Makro Digital team members to make sure they hit the ground running Assist in recruitment reporting and tracking (weekly, month, quarterly) Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a relevant field 1+ year experience in human resource management or recruitment Prior experience as an HR Assistant, Talent Acquisition Coordinator or a similar role highly desirable Experience with professional platforms and social channels Excellent English and Thai
