Qualifications

  • Previous recruitment experience is required
  • Previous administrative experience is an asset
  • Proficiency in all forms of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience using an ATS and HRM syste
Responsibilities
  • Being responsible for the full, end-to-end recruitment process for all roles within the hotel
  • ATS management, pre-screening, organizing and carrying out interviews, offering positions and creating contracts
  • Building relationships with Hiring Managers and other key stakeholders to understand their hiring needs
  • Manage and oversee the hotel onboarding process, collecting new starter documentation, and uploading all information into the HRM system, ensuring legal compliance in all areas
  • Taking ownership of recruitment-related projects including the Student Work Experience Program (SWEP) and Talent Scout Referral Program
  • Working closely with the wider Talent & Culture team, assisting with orientations, colleague events and annual audits
