Position Summary: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key supporting role on Cadwell’s Talent Acquisition team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone passionate about Human Resources and looking to build a career in recruiting. A high level of attention to detail, proactive communication, and a people-first mindset are essential for success in this role. The is a remote position and reports directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager. Key Job Duties and Responsibilities: Support the recruiting process by ensuring the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is consistently up to date with accurate candidate statuses and documentation. Serve as a candidate experience champion by maintaining timely and professional communication with applicants throughout the process. Schedule interviews, coordinate calendars, and manage communication logistics between candidates and interviewers. Draft and send candidate correspondence such as interview confirmations, feedback notes, and onboarding instructions. Track and follow up on internal referrals, ensuring proper documentation and communication. Assist with job postings and candidate sourcing tasks as assigned. Maintain confidential candidate and employee records in compliance with company policy and applicable regulations. Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Manager as needed. Participate in HR and recruiting projects or initiatives, such as employer branding or candidate experience improvements. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Job Knowledge / Requirements: Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail. Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and reliably in a remote environment. Demonstrated interest in Human Resources, recruiting, or talent acquisition. Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools. Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus. Education / Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. 0–2 years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or administrative roles. Prior internship or exposure to a professional work environment is a plus. Salary Range $20—$27 USD
