CarDx is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contractor) to support the Talent Acquisition team and assist in the company’s recruiting and Talent Acquisition methods and strategies. Responsibilities include the operational functions of the recruitment process such as; posting jobs on the career site and managing the applicant tracking system, scheduling interviews, and additional support where needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR/TA Coordinator role, preferably in a Pharma/Biotech/Diagnostics company.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with a small team in a fast-paced growing company.
  • Resourceful, take initiative, pro-active, and a problem solver with high attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems & Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with video meeting platforms like Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience using ATS (Greenhouse) and HRIS.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
Responsibilities
  • Manage all coordination throughout the candidate interview process: schedule interviews, travel arrangements, follow-up messages, and the preparation of interview materials.
  • Responsible for scheduling, room reservations, greeting/escorting candidates, and setting up video conferences.
  • Maintain a complete record of interviews and candidate profiles.
  • Manage requisition administration in Applicant Tracking System: requisition creation, job posting and closing, background screening, and candidate communication.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with approved recruitment vendors.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by delivering timely and professional communication throughout the interview process.
  • Partner with HR Ops in preparation for new hire onboarding.
  • Process offer requests and maintain timely delivery of offer letters via ADP.
  • Other duties as assigned.
