We have a great opportunity for a passionate and proactive team player to join our Talent Acquisition Team as a Recruitment Coordinator. You will play a vital role supporting the development and implementation of centralised recruitment practices to continuously improve service delivery to the business. This will include providing support to the Recruitment team with a variety of daily administration tasks focusing on compliance, data integrity and will be a key touch point for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. This is a highly process driven role in a fast faced work environment where you will have multiple tasks on the go at the same time. You will work within a supportive team environment offering you the opportunity to grow and develop your career in Recruitment. You'll bring the following: Proven work experience as a Recruitment Coordinator or similar. Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Be process driven with a strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to take initiative and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
