Job Description We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, India. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring a smooth hiring process for both candidates and hiring managers. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless interview process Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Smart Recruiter Assist in preparing and sending job offer letters and mobilisation requests Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing timely updates on their application status and addressing their queries Support the sourcing and screening of potential candidates for various positions Collaborate with the recruitment team to streamline and improve hiring processes Assist in organising and coordinating recruitment events and job fairs Prepare and distribute recruitment reports and analytics to support decision-making Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the recruitment process Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Customer-focused approach with a professional and supportive demeanour Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and deadlines Discretion in handling confidential information Business Line: Shared Services Type of contract: Permanent contract Service Line: Shared Services HRE Region: Middle East and South Asia Job Family: Talent Acquisition
