The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the recruiting process within Norco through management of the organizations Applicant Tracking System. This position works closely to support the Talent Acquisition Specialist as well as partner with managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the branches to deliver the best talent in the organization. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  * Administer and support the new hire on-boarding process including but not limited to posting jobs, assisting managers with the workflow, sending out new hire information, etc. * Manage posting of job openings on the best performing recruitment channels with responsiveness, quality and cost in mind. * Attract applicants by placing job advertisements via internal company communication channels as well as external platforms * Work closely with staffing agencies to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process * Support company compliance initiatives  * Complete DOT and other employment verification requests * Gather and compile reports from HRIS, Applicant Tracking system * Enter accurate and complete information into HRIS. * Process, verify, and maintain new and current employee position specific paperwork (i.e. I-9s, background checks, Non-compete agreements) while following state(s) law. * Answering phone calls and emails from managers, employees, and applicants  * May explore new recruitment channels by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites and give recommendations to managers. * Perform other tasks as assigned or needed  Qualifications * Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving ability * Good written and verbal communication skills * Excellent customer service skills * High level of accuracy and attention to detail * Accurately enter data into computer and acquire a working knowledge of any software applications applicable to the position * Ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time * Prior relevant HR experience * Knowledge of basic human resources concepts and systems a plus Additional information Norco offers a competitive compensation/benefit package, including: * Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) * Health, Vision and Dental Insurance * Health Savings Account (HSA)  * Medical and Dependent Care Flex Accounts (FSA) * 401(k) with Employer Matching * Life Insurance provided at no cost to employee by Norco  * Supplemental Accident, Disease, and Life Insurance options * Employee Tuition Reimbursement * Employee Discount on products sold by Norco Company Description Founded in 1948, Norco is headquartered in Boise, Idaho and has more than 70 branches in Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Nevada, Washington, Utah and Wyoming.
