Coordinate high-volume and complex interview schedules across multiple time zones, balancing availability across candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, and interviewers.
Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely, thoughtful communication and maintaining a smooth, professional experience throughout the hiring process.
Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to manage scheduling changes, rescheduling requests, cancellations, and last-minute adjustments.
Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and coordination challenges, using sound judgment to keep hiring processes moving efficiently.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and interview information within the applicant tracking system.
Provide administrative and operational support throughout the recruiting lifecycle, including onboarding preparation and other Talent Acquisition activities.
Identify opportunities to streamline scheduling workflows, improve recruiting processes, and enhance the experience of candidates and internal stakeholders.
Contribute to broader Talent initiatives, including employer branding, talent communities, university recruiting, and special projects as opportunities arise.
Handle sensitive candidate and employee information with a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
