Responsibilities
  • Employment requests are acknowledged within 48 hours.
  • Every applicant receives a personalized response to their application.
  • Applicant correspondence is handled in a timely and professional manner.
  • Screening in careers website / CVs shared are followed up with the hiring manager of the department.
  • Every applicant receives a final response as part of the talent acquisition process.
  • All vacancies are advertised in the career websites.
  • The hotel page of the career’s website is up-to-date and well maintained.
  • All new joiners are personally welcomed, and necessary paperwork completed in an organized and efficient manner.
  • New joiner starting dates are communicated and coordinated with the respective HODs and the Learning & Development department.
  • Every new joiner has a complete colleague’s file.
  • All declined / regret applications are filed.
  • Colleagues are welcomed to the People & Culture office in a warm and friendly manner
