Job Description We have a large SAAS company client who is looking for a recruiting coordinator in Mexico. This role is fully remote and a six-month contract. Candidates may live anywhere in Mexico. Key responsibilities include: Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved Prepare and distribute interview materials, including job descriptions, candidate resumes, and interview schedules Generate and distribute offer letters and other hiring documentation Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive candidate and company information Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and procedures Qualifications 3+ years of recruiting coordinator experience for a large tech company Experience working for a US-based company Fluent in both English and Spanish Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Experience using ATS Greenhouse Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
