Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth recruitment operations by managing candidate communication. The role provides the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle while ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers, supported by high standards of data accuracy and process excellence. Key Responsibilities: Experienced in partnering with Talent Acquisition Advisors to provide an outstanding candidate and Hiring Manager experience Manage external and internal candidate interview scheduling and related arrangements Submit offer approvals in ATS, prepare offer letters & initiate the on-boarding tasks Preparing the status report, review and ensure data accuracy of job requisitions using our Applicant Tracking System. Work collaboratively Talent Acquisition & HR Team to ensure recruiting objectives are achieved Experience in coordinating bulk in person interviews is good to have. Ensure Applicant Tracking System reflects the accurate and latest status for the candidates. Support virtual and in-person recruiting initiatives/events.
