SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Administrator / Coordinator to provide essential administrative and operational support to our Talent Acquisition (TA) team. This role plays a critical part in delivering smooth and professional candidate experience across all stages of the hiring processes, especially during pre-employment activities such as interview schedules, follow up communications, background checks, drug screening, and medical exams. YOU BRING THESE SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • 2+ years of administrative or coordination experience, preferably in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with pre-employment processes such as background checks, medical exams, and onboarding.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word).
  • Experience supporting hourly and salaried recruitment in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements related to hiring and onboarding.
  • Experience using an ATS or HRIS (Success Factors experience is a plus).

  • Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience
  • Schedule virtual and onsite interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
  • Coordinate candidate travel arrangements when applicable.
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and clear communication throughout the hiring process.
