Responsibilities
  • Interview Scheduling & Candidate Experience: You will support the Talent Acquisition team and the Hiring Teams by handling all candidate interview scheduling needs, keeping all team member informed and updated through the process
  • Talent Acquisition Reporting & Data Management: You will assist with ongoing data audits, recruiting reports and system updates; you will create new requisitions, feedback forms and job postings, creating new user accounts and general troubleshooting when questions arise
  • Offer Letter Drafting & Onboarding Support: You will draft offer letters, including university agreements and other related administrative tasks. You will oversee the onboarding activities and prepare New Hire reports
  • Process Improvement & Special TA Projects: You will prepare talent-focused data analytics reports. You will participate in ad hoc talent-focused TA coordination projects
