Job Description Supports recruitment and hiring processes by conducting interviews, tracking candidate progress in HRIS, and assisting throughout the hiring cycle. Serves as a point of contact for candidates, answering questions and coordinating interviews and meetings. Manages job board postings across platforms including LinkedIn, SmartRecruiters, and Idealist, while assisting with job board research and administrative correspondence. Performs additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Highly organized professional with strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills, along with keen attention to detail. Knowledge of human resources principles and practices with proficiency in Notion, Asana, and job management software. Able to commit 8-10 hours weekly for 8-10 months. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
