As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment efforts by streamlining interview scheduling, maintaining candidate communications, and assisting with onboarding processes. In this role, you will help ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience and perform administrative responsibilities. You will also contribute to faster hiring decisions and improved recruiting metrics.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a Support Team role based out of our Corporate Office in Norcross, GA in the metro Atlanta area. Our Corporate Office Support Team consists of 300+ Associates who are committed to supporting our Operations Team as they proudly serve and create memorable experiences for our Customers. EXPERIENCE/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior experience in recruitment coordination or HR support preferred
  • Familiarity with recruiting metrics and onboarding processes
  • Associate degree in HR or related field preferred

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and streamline interview scheduling
  • Communicate with candidates regarding next steps, timelines, and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Support hiring surges to enable quicker decision-making and offers
  • Assist with pre-employment screenings and onboarding documentation
  • Monitor and report on recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, time-to-hire)
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
