WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our Talent Acquisition team to help us build a world-class recruitment experience, powered by insights. If you’re excited about using data to shape the future of hiring, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Talent Acquisition Data Analyst, you’ll be the analytical backbone of our recruitment strategy. You’ll work closely with recruiters, leadership and various stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights that improves hiring efficiency, candidate experience, and workforce planning.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within Talent Acquisition or other HR functions.
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel and Power BI.
  • A strong understanding of recruitment metrics and experience of working with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), ideally iCIMS.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
  • A curious mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyse data from various sources, including our applicant tracking system, careers site, HRIS and manual Excel trackers.
  • Analyse recruitment funnel metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, conversion rates) to identify trends and opportunities and understand candidate behaviour.
  • Build stakeholder reports and dashboards to track KPIs and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to ensure data integrity across our recruitment platforms, recommending process improvements and corrective action plans when needed.
This role can be based at either our Basingstoke, London or Poole offices along with the flexibility of hybrid and flexible working.
