REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 18–25 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, including at leadership levels.
  • Proven success in managing volume recruitment across diverse sectors and geographies.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale hiring operations across entry-level to senior leadership roles.
  • Strong experience with recruitment vendor management and onboarding, with a global outlook—especially across India, UAE, the Middle East, and beyond.
  • Track record of working in both corporate HR and recruitment agency environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, team leadership, and execution capabilities.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on delivery strength and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Talent Acquisition leader to join the group as Director / VP / SVP – Talent Acquisition. The role demands an agile recruitment strategist with a deep understanding of high-volume, cross-functional, and cross-sector hiring across global geographies. This leader will be instrumental in driving hiring excellence at all levels—from entry-level to C-suite—and will work in close partnership with CHRO and key business stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage end-to-end talent acquisition strategy across multiple business verticals and international locations.
  • Spearhead high-volume hiring initiatives across various functions, including technical, operational, support, and leadership roles.
  • Build and lead a high-performing in-house TA team while also acting as an effective individual contributor when required.
  • Achieve recruitment KPIs, ensuring quality hiring within defined timelines.
  • Onboard and manage recruitment partners and agencies to scale hiring efforts effectively across countries and sectors.
  • Leverage prior experience both as an in-house HR professional and within recruitment agencies to optimize vendor partnerships.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies for niche, hard-to-fill, and leadership roles.
  • Stay current on hiring trends, talent intelligence, and employer branding to enhance the Group’s talent appeal.
  • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience and align recruitment practices with organizational values and DEI goals.
