Responsibilities Design and implement a strategic talent acquisition plan that aligns with client business goals. Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals to achieve recruitment targets. Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational culture. Evaluate and enhance recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience. Utilize data analytics to drive informed decision-making in recruitment strategies. Foster a strong employer brand that attracts diverse talent across various sectors. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive advantage in talent acquisition. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with 3+ years in a leadership role. Proven track record in developing and executing successful recruitment strategies. Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on collaboration. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technology. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects.
