We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in recruitment within the UAE market and will be responsible for hiring candidates from outside the country to meet our manpower requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in talent acquisition/recruitment within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of overseas recruitment processes and sourcing channels.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Identify and attract suitable candidates from international markets.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Develop recruitment strategies to fill urgent and specialized positions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
